I work in a complaint-oriented way, in which we tackle problematic emotions, thoughts or behaviour. Together we set goals that we will work on. Changing behavior or facing fears can sometimes be difficult, but it is certainly possible!”

“Over the years, my interest has increasingly shifted to primary psychological care, which is why I founded Praktijk voor Psychologie in 2008. I find it a great challenge to investigate the underlying causes of the complaints together with the client and to search together for possibilities to reduce the complaints. The goal here is that the client has sufficient tools after the sessions to be able to continue independently.”
