Complaints procedure

Overview

Sometimes the treatment does not fulfill your wishes or you are dissatisfied with (the treatment of) your psychologist. If you have a complaint about the professional functioning of your psychologist, it will be greatly appreciated if you first discuss your complaints with the treating psychologist. If you find insufficient response, you can submit a complaint about the treatment to the professional associations www.psynip.nl and/or www.lvvp.info.

We strive to provide you with the best possible care. That is why we are always learning and improving. We would like to hear how you experience our care. In addition, we collect data about, for example, the effect and duration of our treatments. We use the insights we gain from this to improve your treatment and our services.

That is why we occasionally ask you to fill in a questionnaire. This is done at the start of the treatment, at the end and sometimes in between. We cannot promise that everything will go perfectly; we do promise that if that is not the case, we will learn from it and improve.
